All about doubling up on the old outerwear when travelling to cooler climates. I am certainly no
stranger to wearing blazers as a single top layer – it keeps things minimal, clean and practical –
and adding a draped coat over the top is the ideal way to layer up for warmth yet have the ability
to strip things back and still appear put-together. The key to this look? Stick to a solid, tonal base
as your foundational layer, then mix it up with your outermost draped layer in a contrasting hue
print or texture. Double the outerwear, double the cool factor.

What’s your favourite way to layer?

  1. I love that suit, especially the jacket. And the camel coat. But here in Canada where we just had 20 cm of snow…. I'd need to button up, add scarf and hat, and pull on boots… and that would definitely spoil the look:)
