All grey, brazenly oversized texture, to be precise.

I make no secret of my love for all-enveloping layers, but how to liven up this tried-and-true 
method of keeping oneself warm and oh so comfortable? You can play with print or opt for 
bold metal accents, however my preferred method of late is to dial up the texture. 

Textural knits and weaves are the key to adding dimension and depth to oversized layers, 
with lighter shades of grey, camel or beige being optimal to really catch the eye.

Whether you’re heading into winter or travelling into cooler climates (as I did here in Paris), 
consider investing in these textural essentials that will keep you comfortably warm yet 
decidedly chic when the cold weather hits.

Just keep it clean and classic with minimal accessories and simple footwear and you’re 
onto a winner.
