In complete contradiction to its predecessor, this past weekend was on the rather
cool side. Actually it was just plain cold. So cold in fact that only the slouchiest
of outfits with the fullest of coverage would do. I was even wearing a singlet – yes
as in the thermal underwear-type singlet. It was just that cold and I am just that cool.
Anyway, moving on… I am in love with the deep cherry hue of my new SABA
knit. It is so satisfying to find pieces in rich, deep shades that still pop against your
basics. They are the perfect staples for winter, when the brighter neons or sickly
sweet pastels simply don’t cut it. Now if I could just find a similar knit in a khaki,
deep forest green or the perfect navy I would be set. This may just have to be
my task for the week.

  2. oh wow I just love that jumper, the colour is incredible. it would look amazing in a forest green too, good luck in your search! x

  3. This is absolutely the comfiest looking outfit. The weather is quite miserable in Brisbane this week isnt it. At least we have an excuse to wear all of our 'winter clothes' x
